Hawk, since you are so devoted to international law when we debated the legality of the Iraq war, you should know that international law has not declared Hamas a terrorist group since it has the right to resist Israeli occupation (theft of Palestinian lands). The only reason Israel declared Hamas a terrorist group is because they had no standing to keep the stolen lands w/o some kind of defense; the terrorist lingo enables Israel to try and keep by theft those lands that are recognized by international law as not belonging to Israel. It was done to muddy the issue of thefted lands and provides a great "cover" for them to continue their thievery as is being done in East Jerusalem.
