Hi Bob, sorry you missed the concept that God has infinite wisdom. What you are doing is using limited human wisdom to pass judgment on God who has infinite wisdom. Does that sound wise to you? Here's what God said about human wisdom, "1 Cor 1:19 ...... "I WILL DESTROY THE WISDOM OF THE WISE, AND THE CLEVERNESS OF THE CLEVER I WILL SET ASIDE."
1 Cor 1:20 Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
1 Cor 1:21 For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe."
Your wisdom, logic, reasoning is a destructive mind set that kills your soul and prevents you from fellowship with a loving God. Just because you don't understand it , doesn't make it wrong. You may be sincere, that doesn't make you right either. All that means is you are sincerely wrong.
I pray God will get your attenion and cause you to think on Him, for your sake. Eternity is a very, very, long time. Where will you be?
