He's just stupid and all he knows how to do is stage manage. They would do better to turn the whole thing over to Douglas Brinkly the historian. He could at least figure er out and get er done. Obama is about to take BP to war. That oil washing up on the shore is horrific. They need as many oil skimmers as they can find asap and no cost spared.
