We now have yet another problem. The gulf drilling ban will void test drilling contracts and result in idle drilling rigs... which the drilling companies will relocate to other parts of the world. So, in addition to the fishermen and tourism workers going unemployed (or employed in the cleanup) oil workers and the supporting industry will face unemployment. We need to be careful here. The damage is done... lets not compound it by a total ban on new drilling..
