So Judicial Watch's quote from a document by Customs & Border Protection, conflicts with, Snopes quote from the 911 commission. Assuming all the quotes are real (and not made up by Judicial Watch or Snopes), then there is a conflict, and its hard to say what is true.

But note that the Judicial Watch's statements and quotes, only deal with "160 subjects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia", which is not synonymous with your claim about the financiers of Al Qaeda. And following a few of the links at your link I see that Judicial watch is not claiming that they where allowed to leave without being interviewed, it mentions FBI interviews for at least a majority of those who left.

And none of what you posts supports your claim that Bush is or was a supporter of terrorism.
