CFO resigned to-day. If in talks of merger, CFO would be a key figure and would be the last one to turn the lights off. This may be why it took a small dive today. Will it continue tomorrow? CFO leaving is generally considered a bad omen but then again he may have been let go to bring in someone more capable. Regards, JK
