Maybe 20-30% of actual voters, 15% of registered voters.

Of the people who have ever donated more than $50 to a political campaign, it is about 80%.

By the way, there is plenty of money for almost any political position, and raising money is not a problem, it is part of the job description. Sort of like pro sports...

Looking at the past 10 years of major California races and propositions, the really big money has lost about 70% of the propositions and about 85% of the major offices. There is a huge number of defeated multi millionaires.

Big money doesn't threaten US democracy, we have had big money for a long time. Stupidity is another matter...

Look at the UK, everyone out spent the Lib Dems by 10x, but they did okay.
