About two weeks ago, they busted a guy in Seattle for raping a woman.....turns out the guy is an illegal and a serial rapist. He's been deported 9 times and keeps coming back. They want to throw him in jail here but then we end up paying the cost to take of him. Its not a win win at all. The problem is very complicated and may be something we can't overcome. === Have you heard of the death penalty?
