To All: Let me correct an inaccurate statement I have made. <<It concerns the issuance of $100 million of convertible debentures which I believe occurred during the period of inaccurate reporting.>> In further checking 10K statements, all of the $103 million in notes were placed prior to the start of the 2nd quarter. They were originally issued during Sept 96. I had seen some thread conversations during the summer which led me to believe there were additional notes issued. That does not to be the case. I apologize for any misunderstanding. Ken
