It is a bubble. We at least have the SAT and other tests to tell us what is going on at the HS level. But God help anybody who brings it up for College grads. The Colleges band together to make sure nobody checks outcome. At least they have the LSAT to check on people getting into Law School. And boy, do they hate that!
