If there is any twist to the clean up it's the fed relying on BP to do it. Too much for them. If you want it done right do it yourself. The FED/state and local should have stepped in from day one on the clean up. Not meaning to let BP off the hook either.

The other big problem is lawyers. BP working through Lawyers. Trying to limit liability. Trying to keep volunteers from cleaning up. Hey, it's out damn beach, if we want to we'll clean it up too, we will.
