And even then, Jim Cramer doesn't know what the Bush people approved during the so-called "reckless years" of the SEC.

But he sure acts like he knows. It's there somewhere, and gosh darn it, we better find out before we let free market capitalism run amok again.

Ted doesn't realize it, but he's being played like a sucker. Not much different from the "fake outrage" he accuses the Tea Party of demonstrating.
