Well for being the age I am not too bad thank you for asking. I think it important you walk a lot... Do you ? Bakers Cyst. My sister gets these. They are clots behind the knee cap. They come from sitting...like on a bus tour of Turkey... Sitting a lot on the bus. Now she gets up and walks around whenever watching TV.. Aleve is the only thing the Doctor told her to take .... (double dose she just said) These are not safe either. Good luck to you my friend. ML
