Exactly what kind of 'responsibility' would you like the President to claim here?

(Assert that he and 'Aquaman' were secretly responsible for the rig blowout because they were doing a 'fish census' at one mile beneath the surface when they accidentally bumped into the blowout-preventer on the ocean floor and caused it to leak or something? <g>)

Seems pretty clear at this point that 'responsibility' for the blowout lies largely with BP....
