Don, You have good reason to be optimistic. BIV recently announced that the rights offering was a complete success. We are now over an important hurtle in the life of BCB. I get a little uncomfortable when debt exceeds revenues(or potential revenues)! I agree with you that '98 should be good year. I only hope that price gains are not as artificial as they were in '97.
