Millions of households have old boilers that waste a lot of ol and the new on demand oilers can save a lot of oil. My oil bill was cut in half. Cars and boilers use a lot of oil and we could cut that consuption by a lot with incentives to exchange cars and boilers for new ones that use less oil.
