Its not refusing at all. Its doing as much if not more than was done under Bush.

Which was nothing. This isn't just an Obama thing. Bush ignored the problem as well.

Actually both were/are doing something......you might argue its not enough....but there are things in place to stop illegals. The problem is no matter what we do, the illegals overcome them:

By the governor's own admission, the crime rate is down in AZ. Show me a link that says otherwise...please.
