Gushing oil blowout is 50 miles offshore. That is where they should be targeting the first line of defense of skimmers. And if you read my bio, I have done a few things in my life. I don't just talk. I even ran for the state legislature and beat my apponent 2 t 1 in the primary. Try that some day and see how easy that is. And you would get to run in a liberal state with ideas close to yours.
