It was Reagan's idea that cutting taxes without cutting spending would be "great", CAUSED this mess.

It was just 4 or 5 years ago that you had Cheney saying that "Deficits DON'T matter".

Didn't he say that?

If you have the Vice President of the United States saying something like that then WHAT would you expect??????????????????
