During the Clinton Administration they started running SURPLUSES.

After 15 or 16 years of growing deficits they actually started running surpluses.

Are you somehow ANGRY about that? I would think that if Gore had been elected the deficits would have contracted.

But, the IDIOT Bush got in and he just forgot about the National Debt and ran it up like nobody had ever done before.
