Maurice, there are a lot of options. America has provided the security for Japan and all of Europe since WWII. It's small potatoes for the USA to ensure the security of Israel.

Again, Israel does not want a safe and secure 1967 border, the real goal and objective of Israel is to retain and hold onto occupied land and further acquire more lands by causing confrontations on its exisitng borders.
