"I just streamed the latest episode of my favorite show, and I just ate half my bandwidth allocation for August!". Apple's biggest selling points of sexiness and low-stress browsing will be eaten into by diminishing customer satisfaction. What's more, even if only one out of every 100 iPad users are affected, chances are that one user (and a high-bandwidth user, blogger, etc.) is going to be vocal enough to skew public perception.
