Here is something to consider.

Everything you hear about now is about how much a deal sub-$1000 computers are and how many new purchasers there will be. Can you buy a computer with all the necessary essentials i.e. monitor, CD rom, printer, Win95 & Office for under $1000? I posted yesterday about MS new Windows 98 and wonder how much memory they would need. Now imagine for a minute all these new computer users scooping up these bargain computers.

Now next year with Win 98 coming out could make a huge windfall for MSFT with all these new upgrades. Maybe MSFT would be a good investment now (don't own any at this time) to hedge your bet that there will be a lot more users next year than this year who would upgrade to Win 98. Just something to think about.
