carlos,

as I understand it, Teligent is an independent entity, though
currently majority owned by Associated Group, so I expect
investors will have to buy Teligent shares as such in order
to fully participate in this play, undiluted by the other
interests of Associated Group.

I have not yet seen the prospectus, so you may be much better
informed and your comments will help get this thread underway.
Is TGNT the officially approved ticker symbol? Do you know
who the underwriter is?
