SIGM is the victim of this stormy market recently, small boat
just can't tolerate the huge wave,, I think if the market is
on the upgoing trend, we will see SIGM slowly moving back to,
maybe $7-8 range, else, there is another push of Xmas sales,
if SIGM can make a comeback, it is this quarter, otherwise,
it is dead money, I am holdling it will next quarter..
