Why don't you see if you can get the USA and the "international community" and the "Palestinians" as well as the Israeli parliament to agree to a USA takeover as another state of the USA? That would be a LOT of fun.

Or, perhaps it could be made a state of the EU with comparable agreement though that's less likely.

Personally, I think the best solution is to hold a reconstitution conference and enact a new United Nations constitution as a dinkum international body of which Israel would be pleased to be part as a supranational security and commons protection and allocating entity. Tradable citizenship would be an essential ingredient.

I recommended the same thing for Saddam before he got into the war with the COW [coalition of the willing]. He could have been part of the next stage of world history. But he went to the gallows instead - lack of imagination.
