Chancels, respectfully I think you have your history a bit skewed.

The crippled ship was the USS Cole, docked in the large Yemeni port of Aden.

The USS Vincennes was the guided missile cruiser with the infamous distinction of having shot down a full Airbus passenger airliner killing 290 people, including 66 children. It was never damaged by terrorists.

The famous flatbed barge is the MV Blue Marlin seen here with the USS Cole:


Interestingly, the Blue Marlin was also the heavy lift vessel that brought BP's ThunderHorse platform to the Gulf from South Korean shipyards.
