If Shiva is baught by NT, what do you think the price will be? My
guess is not more than $12-13 per share. This price will not make a lot of people happy.

Also, if nobody wanted them when the stock was under $9, why now? If
you just became CEO, would you be interested in selling the company?
I don't think the buyout is in the works.

I think that if Shiva is taken over, it will not be before the turnaround (if there is one) By then, a lot of us will be out. I agree
that this is a very frustrating stock to be in.

If I remember correctly, the management has a lot of options that can be exercised when the stock is above $30. Personally, I would be happy
if the stock reaches $15! Meanwhile, looks like we are heading into single digits.
