Ipso, Doral Energy (DRLY) -- based on what I have heard the deal is as good as done, so now the question will be, how much money will be left after they pay deal costs, Macquarrie loan, other debt, and accounts payable. Based on a rough calc. I don't think they will have the entire $1.8M needed to close on the new property purchase, and I believe it is for that reason that the stock has not gone higher than it has so far. The new property supposedly has some current production so maybe they will be able to do some debt financing. In any event its great to see this chapter finally coming to an end, this was getting old.
