Tom, the 10-K/A was filed on May 21, a month after the opinions from the New Hampshire court on April 18 and 24 dismissing and closing the case. This is not the same as staying the matter. BTW in their amended filings today they have not corrected this error. Tom as I see it either management is incompetent or is not telling the truth. Take your pick.
