I'm very curious as to why the stock has been fading. It's off about 30% from its high. I agree that the quarterly report for the rehab business was disappointing, but estimates were met. Much of the volume came from a 700,000 share block in the morning. NOV has certainly broken its uptrend and 200-day MA, but it's entering a critical support area around $12.38. The IPO of NCES tomorrow should increase the value of NOV, not decrease it. I don't know what the problem is. Todd
