Maybe I'm just suspicious by nature, but I wonder if the downgrade by First Boston was related to this release. If they got word of this beforehand they would naturally realize it would have an unsettling downward effect on the stock price. They issue the downgrade and look very prescient. Thank goodness for the kind (and true) words from TCW Capital. The stock seems to be holding its own lately. Looking forward to the earnings report!
