We don't know what causes Autism and the condition may have more than one cause or in some cases a combination, but causes are theoretical since they cannot be traced. Vaccines are not all made up of the same ingredients but there is always the potential for some percentage of the population to have negative side effects from those that are available, since the sensitivities of people are not all the same either, what those are is usually determined on a case by case basis. That's the information commonly available to all of us who do a quick google on it. I'm not a medical expert so why are you asking me?
