Barton, I've found you out here on the net. Does anyone here have an accurate count of the stock out on ISGI?? I think not! As you know I have been very high on ISGI for a long time but now even with the good news I am down on it. Reason being A. All the convertible preferred issues out that will dillute the common, but I haven't been able to determine how much yet because they aren't donne yet. I figure it to be about 200M for now - but it will get worse in my opinion. B. I have been trying to reach Gary Kelman (1-800-522-5820) - their ISG investor relations man for more than two weeks - week before last they said he was moving. Last week they said he was on vacation and then this morning they say he is out of town on business until Thursday. Last week they told me he would be in on Thursday or Friday. But when I called each day he was not. I've read where this is a big red flag. C. They filed an 8K report to the SEC recently and it says they are in the process of negotiating with foreign investors under SEC regulation S. I've read where this is really bad news. There was an article recently in Barrons that talked about this. If I understand it correctly it allows them to sell shares at a discount offshore (remember ISGI is experienced offshore!!) furture diluting the number of shares. I like all the good news coming out, but there has been all good news now for months and still no rally. Imagine the collapse on the first bad news to be released - and the MM's will ensure this happens - in my opinion. I really like what TWT is doing but until the numbers are out about the float and I can get answers from the company I'm out. I plan to start buying again when it and ADGI are the same.<G> I took a big loss on this one but I believe it would be much worse in another month. Dave
