The Ultimate Insult = Cotsakos' Letter to customers It's dated the 3rd, but I didn't notice until today the header message on the main menu screen. At least now it is clear that the arrogant, patronizing, and totaly disingenous attitude of ETrade "service" personnel comes right from the top. President and CEO, Christos Cotsakos has the imperious impudence to take advantage of the record action of 29, 30 Oct in order to give the customers a sham apology for the inaccessibility of ETrade, and doing so in a fashion which implies that this was the first time there has ever been a significant problem getting trades executed. He actually spends most of his letter BRAGGING! The man must consider all his customers to be intellectually-challenged and have written the letter with only his board of directors in mind. What total crap!
