I don't see it that high. I'm still guessing 8 times sales, or 48-50. But you can see how shareholders can be pretty demanding of a takeover price. That insistence lessens as the stock weakens.

I think something like double the current price of 24-25 would win over most shareholders. Heck, it would win over me! <VBG>
