Tom, want you to know I'm here often, even though may post infrequently. Based on your last post, i assume you havent heard about or seen today's press release-- CHAR inked a VERY SIGNIFICANT financing pact today. Total of $22.5 Million of convertible preferred stock sold with stepped conversion dates and prices. Importantly, the last conversion date is June 1998 at $4.25/share.In a nutshell, this means someone is betting SERIOUS MONEY that there is something very good on the horizon for CHAR and that the stock will be trading at at least $4.25 eight months from now. Folks,someone with BIG , SMART MONEY KNOWS SOMETHING--TIME TO LOAD UP!
