Havent followed along, dunno what claims will be. Also don't understand the complexities of drilling in the ocean. DO think this could have happend to any of these companies. DO think the long term heads AWAY from buring stuff ANYWAY as it's pollutive on every level. DO think charging "true economic" costs is only fair... AND wildly unpopular with many. DO notice that when finally things MUST CHANGE (less debt, differing energy, food supply, etc etc) it usually appears to be the WORST time... as the talking heads won't spend the money when things 'seem' OK, regardless of warnings by "egg heads".
