There was no sweetheart deal here, my friend. Don't worry about the "D" word; it's not enough to matter. Only 1 million shares involved and the price was set long before the stock began trading above the $1 mark. (That's what the word is on the street.) The main thing is that the company received the money and has some other mechanisms in place if and when they need additional capital. Who knows if they'll need capital right away? I certainly don't. I guess -- repeat guess -- that they need to get some things ironed out before that decision is made. Go OZON!
