There is a DIFFERENCE between "citizen" and "native-born citizen".

You are conflating two entirely separate legal distinctions as if they were the same thing, but they are not.

In your ORIGINAL POST you said not a "citizen" (because his American mother was maybe a couple 'o months shy of age of majority in state):

But that is CLEARLY and indisputably not true. (Age of parent, or even how long American parent resided in America has NOTHING to do with citizenship status of children.)

Citizen he is, beyond any doubt.
