Tomato...I can tell that you've been debating should you average down or not? The answer my friend is right under your nose! Your a Lawyer? Right! Well the answer is........TRUST ACCOUNTS! My little Mrs. is a part time attorney (and a full time domatrix to boot) and it has taken me fourteen years to convince her to dip into the Accts. Why not you,Tomato! It's there for a reason isn't it? Look upon it as a investment on behalf of your client's! Beside's do you really think that these wacko's have a chance in court. Most of these retards can't spell "Frito Lay". So you dance around somewhat in court on thier behalf and do a slackass job and make sure they go up the river for atleast ten to twenty. Hey...You've just bought some time if WSP goes bust! Also if the "Bar" ever finds out about this sideline, just dazzle them with some Attorney/Client privaleges B.S. crap. If all else fails then there's always the good old Practice goes into Chapter 11, While Tomato makes a break for the Cayman's. There's nothing to worry my friend as I see Surebigthing, Walter Wadd, George Pump, Pres. Marcos, Goldiger, You and I sipping Pina Colada's on a beach somewhere in about two years.
