Peter--I can't find any particular reason to short it. No reason not to short it either, its not like it has rock solid fundamentals and so forth. Netscape is one of those idea companys that at any time can announce a new product and tear a short a new one. However it is also overpriced and in tough competition. You are definately correct about self fulfilling prophecys, and the best time to join the herd in a move is in the beginning. You will have to evaluate your sources on this one.
