Apparently we have no drilling restrictions whatsoever in Pennsylvania. We found out this week that land adjacent - like on the shoreline - of reservoirs that supply our water was leased to EnCana Gas. timesleader.com This is not a debate on how far away is prudent... they can drop a rig 50ft from a reservoir servicing potable water to 100,000 people if they want. Is there no limit to stupidity?
