Gary: I saw your post of yesterday and today about possible acquisition. You did some serious thinking on it. We all know the stock is in doldrum compared to its previous heights. If the turnaround is in the near future then the stock will hit more than $100 by next year. The point is, it is not advantageous for Mory to relinquish the company and sell it for say 48 or 50 or say 70 and exit with some bad taste. I really think it is not advantageous. Normally management will sell a company if they feel that they cannot compete in this market place or they need somebody to partner with to compete. I dont think neither is the case. The stock could have been in 50s if they hadn't shoot themselves in their foot. Current scenerio is purely self-inflicted. It all created due to poor communication, confusing analysts and antagonizing them. Therefore your theory/hypothesis suggests that Mory and his crew is advertantly keeping stock price low. But my view is that it is enough if they dont do any apparent mistakes and blaber conflicting statements and confuse the analysts.

Regards

Kumar.
