Just watched the Simmons video. My question (and I know nothing of the mechanics of oil drilling) If, as Simmons claims, the initial explosion blew out the well casing, what was left to funnel the gas/oil to the surface for the ensuing 2 day rig fire? He cites the intensity of that fire as evidence of the magnitude of the leak, i.e. it couldn't have been fueled by the rig alone, according to his scenario.
