What makes him say so? There's no evidence there. There's plenty oil leaking from the known source. The BOP didn't get "blown off", the explsion was a mile away at the top of the riser. It's been seen in multiple angles and multiple views. Now if there are multiple seeps coming from fissures, that would be news, but he'd have to show me that from a reliable source to make it believable.
