"The Company and its Shareholders claim that The Alberta Stock Exchange has breached its fiduciary duty owed to Naxos'
Shareholders and acted recklessly and in bad faith, alternatively, negligently, in respect to the actions taken by The Alberta
Stock Exchange by halting the Company's stock and its conduct thereafter. The Company further claims that The Alberta
Stock Exchange breached its contract with the Company in respect to the terms of reinstating the Company's stock for trading.
The Company and its Shareholders further claim that Associated Mining Consultants Ltd. and/or Jack Stanley fraudulently,
deliberately or negligently falsified a report concerning the results obtained by Ledoux & Company. The Company alleges that
Jack Stanley and Associated Mining Consultants Ltd. fraudulently or negligently misrepresented that the results obtained by
Ledoux & Company were caused by contamination or deliberate enrichment."
