I've never, ever heard of a 50,000 psi petroleum reservoir. That would be about three times the highest formation pressure I've ever heard of.

At present, such a reservoir would not be producible because the technology needed doesn't exist yet. And the technology would take years to develop.

At my former employer, a 30,000 psi subsurface safety valve was developed several years back. With those things you try to throw in as much safety factor as possible and I can't think of a single instance in which one of these valves was actually needed or sold.
