Stephen, any thoughts on why ACTL did not participate in the high tech rally today? Any signals from analysis? From my analysis, the trend lines are still up, although they are flattening. Breakdown of 14 would not be good. It needs to go to the 15+ region in the next couple of days to keep the trend lines up.
