I don't think it will be a buyout but I expect a much more favorable relationship. As stated in the conf. call, NT and SHVA both agree that SHVA is contributing mission critical technology to NT's very popular Power Networks. NT need to make this a rewarding situation for SHVA. There's no advantage to screwing them. That said, a buyout is a possibility and I would guess it will be in the low to mid-20's using NT stock which has done quite well. SHVA could reprice it's mgt. options so they come out o.k.. I'm putting my $$ where my mouth is because I bought 30 calls on top of the 1k shares I own at 12.
